Three ingredient ice cream recipe

Ingredients
- 250 g frozen forest fruit
- 3- 4 tbsp sugar
- 30 g pasteurized egg whites
- fresh berries and whipped cream to serve
Method
To make this delicious dessert, start by adding 250 grams of frozen berries into a food processor and process until you achieve a coarse fruit puree. Next, add 4 tablespoons of sugar and continue processing until the sugar is fully dissolved. Incorporate 30 grams of egg whites into the mixture and process for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture triples in volume and attains a smooth, airy texture. Spoon the ice cream into a chilled glass and top with fresh berries and whipped cream for an extra delicious treat.
