Delicious fruit cake omelette recipe
Taste the sweetness of summer with this easy and super delicious fruit cake omelette recipe. Summer never has to end!
Ingredients
For the cake:
- 3 eggs
- 40 g sugar
- 30 ml milk
- 30 g flour
For the topping:
- 2 tbsp apricot marmalade
- 120 ml whipping cream
- 1 nectarine
- 1 banana
- 100 g white grapes
- 50 g raspberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 10 g vanilla sugar
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Separate 3 egg yolks from egg whites.
- Add 40 g sugar to egg yolks.
- Beat egg yolks for 2-3 minutes.
- Sieve in 30 g flour and pour in 30 ml milk.
- Mix well with spatula and set aside.
- Beat 3 egg whites until stiff peaks.
- Add whipped egg whites to the yolk mixture.
- Pour the mixture into an oiled cake pan 22 cm wide.
- Bake cake for 12 minutes with top-down mode.
- Slice nectarine, banana, add grapes, top with lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Mix.
- Remove the sponge from the oven.
- Spread over apricot marmalade.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with fresh fruit, add raspberries and serve.
