Raspberry milk shake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 175 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix well. When finished, serve the shake in a glass. Decorate with fresh raspberries or mint leaves and enjoy!

*Stevia is a sweetener and sugar substitute extracted from the leaves of the plant species Stevia rebaudiana. It contains steviosides, which have a negligible effect on blood glucose, making stevia attractive to people on carbohydrate-controlled diets. Stevia’s taste has a slower onset and longer duration than that of sugar, and some of its extracts may have a bitter or licorice-like aftertaste at high concentrations.
