Grilled fish for a light summer dinner
Grilled fish is the perfect summertime fare, it’s light, fresh and flavorful. This healthy Mediterranean-style dish is perfect for a low fat and low calorie supper or dinner that turns on your summer vacation mood. Here is one of our favourite recipes, it cooks quickly and makes a light meal.
Ingredients
- 2 trouts
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sprig parsley
- 2 table spoons olive oil
- 1 pinch rosemary
- Salt, pepper
Method
Clean the fish and pat it dry with a paper towel. Oil the fish and wire grid from the oven. Coat the inside of the fish with salt and seasoning. Grill it for 23 minutes on 210 °C, turning it after 15 minutes. Serve it with potatos or grilled vegetables, or pair it with a simple green salad for an even lighter meal.
