Winter coquito
In the holiday season, you have time to make these festive cocktails and enjoy some during New Years.
Ingredients
- 350 ml dark rum
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 400 ml cream of coconut
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 130 ml evaporated milk
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp shredded coconut
Method
Add 2 cinnamon sticks to 350 ml dark rum. Pour 400 ml cream of coconut into a blender. Add 300 ml sweetened condensed milk, 400 ml coconut milk, 130 ml evaporated milk ,½ tsp ground cinnamon and Grate ½ tsp nutmeg and add ½ tsp vanilla extract. All ingredients blend. Pour into a pitcher and stir. Chill for 4 hours or overnight. Mix before serving.
