Omelette with bacon

An omelette was never easier to make. With classic fry-up ingredients, such as bacon and cheese, this oven-baked one-pan meal will treat your taste buds in the early morning, for brunch or a quickly prepared dinner. We suggest you serve it with a salad on the side.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 3 slices smoked bacon
  • 20 g grated cheese

Method

Whisk and season the eggs with salt and pepper. Cut the bacon into small pieces and add to the eggs. Add some grated cheese. Pour egg mixture into oven-safe skillet.
