5 minute avocado dip

January, a perfect month to start woking on your new year’s resolutions. And yes, that means also your eating habits. December was tough, all those parties, gorgeous food and drinks. Now it is time to do some detoxing! To make the transition from the month of ultimate overeating to a healthy start of a year more bearable, we suggest this healthy and delicious avocado dip, that’s ready in just 5 minutes!
Ingredients
- Greek yoghurt
- Ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- ½ teaspoon honey, or to taste
- 1 to 2 teaspoons lime juice, or to taste
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt, or to taste
Method
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth or to your liking. Taste for seasoning. Serve it with cucumber slices or any other vegetable, breadsticks or tortilla chips.
