Refreshing cold brew coffee recipe

There’s nothing quite like a glass of refreshing iced coffee on a hot summer morning — or as a break during a hot summer day. Try this recipe the next time you’re craving delicious coffee in its most refreshing form.
Ingredients
For cold brew concentrate:
- 200 g coffee beans
- 1 l water
For cold brew:
- ice cubes
- 50 ml cold brew concentrate
- 100 ml water
Method
Grind 200 g of coffee beans until they have a coarse texture similar to cornmeal. Transfer the coffee grounds into a large container or jar, then pour 1 liter of water over them and stir well. Cover the container with a lid and place it in the fridge to steep overnight, or for 12-24 hours. Place a nutbag in a large jug and pour the steeped coffee through the nutbag into the jug, straining the coffee and discarding the grounds. To serve, fill two-thirds of a glass with ice, add 50 ml of cold brew, and 100 ml of water, then stir and serve.
Tip: Transfer cold brew in a bottle or jar with a lid. Cold brew concentrate will keep well in a refrigerator for up to two weeks.
