No bake chocolate pie
A pie in the summer? Sure, if it doesn’t require any baking!
Ingredients
- 400 g milk chocolate
- 400 g cream cheese
- 250 g cookies
- 50 g butter
- 100 ml whipping cream
Method
Mix together cookies and melted butter in a food processor. Prepare the pie crust in a 20 cm diameter pie pan and place in the freezer for about half an hour. Melt the milk chocolate over a water bath, add cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Pour the chocolate mixture on the cooled pie crust and refrigerate it for half an hour. Serve with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
