These seriously cute brownies are not only easy to make, but they make a really nice handmade gift that you can bake together with your little ones.

Ingredients

Brownies

• 150 g dark chocolate (80% cocoa),
• 150 g butter
• 3 eggs
• 120 g sugar
• juice of 1 orange
• 100 g flour
• 1 pack baking powder

To garnish

• star-shaped sprinkles
• chocolate sticks

Method

Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan. In a medium bowl, beat the egg and add sugar and orange juice. To taste, you may also add cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Allow the melted chocolate to cool down, then add it to the egg mixture. Mix into a smooth batter.

When the wet ingredients are thoroughly mixed, add flour and mix again to a smooth consistency. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 180 °C. Cut the baked brownies into triangles and garnish them.
