Grilled asparagus with almonds, butter and Parmesan cheese
This spring dish is the perfect snack, starter or side dish.
Ingredients
- 200 g asparagus
- 1 tbs roasted almonds
- 1 tsp butter
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
Method
Blanch asparagus in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain and toss with a little olive oil. Heat a grilling pan, place the asparagus spears on it and grill them on high heat for a few minutes, turning them as you go to get a nice charred aroma all over. Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan. Divide the asparagus between 2 plates, season to taste and top each pile with a drizzle of melted butter, roasted almonds and grated Parmesan cheese.
