Tomato, pesto and mozzarella pizza tart

By combining classic Mediterranean ingredients, you can make this vibrant and flavoursome pizza tart in minutes. Start by laying filo pastry onto a baking tray and fold the edges inwards, before spreading with a pesto base. Finally, place tomatoes, mozzarella and basil on the base and place in the oven to bake.

Ingredients

  • Filo pastry
  • Pesto
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Basil

Method

  • Lay the filo pastry onto a baking tray and fold the edges inwards
  • Spread the pesto onto the pastry
  • Cover with tomatoes, cheese and basil
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C
