Ingredients
- 1 kg spelt flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 packs cream of tartar
- 1 l mineral water
Method
- Pile the flour in a large bowl, add salt, and make a well in the middle.
- Add the olive oil and cream of tartar into the well. Add mineral water and mix into an even mixture with an electric mixer.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
