Ingredients:
- 100 g of milk chocolate
- ¾ dcl of whipping cream
- Ground cinnamon
Method:
Break the chocolate into pieces. Put them in a pot, pour in the whipping cream and melt on low heat, stirring until the mixture is smooth. The SoftMelt function will help you do it perfectly. Ingredients:
- 1 l water
- 3 tablespoons of peeled and freshly grated ginger
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 30 ml of lemon juice
Method:
Peel the ginger root with a peeler and grate it. Bring the water to a boil, add ginger into the boiling water and cook it for 10 minutes on low heat. If you’d like the tea to have a milder taste, simply put the ginger into the boiling water and turn off the heat. Let it steep for about 10 minutes.
After the tea has cooled down a bit, add the honey and lemon juice.
