Ingredients

For coffee layer:

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 100 g greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For mascarpone layer:

  • 100 g mascarpone cheese
  • 90 g greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • dark cocoa powder

Method

In a bowl, mix 100 g rolled oats with 200 ml milk, 1 teaspoon instant coffee, 100 g Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir well and let the mixture sit for 20 minutes. In a separate bowl, whisk together 100 g mascarpone cheese, 90 g Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Prepare two 250 ml glass cups and layer each with the coffee oats, followed by a layer of the mascarpone cream, then dust with cocoa powder.
