Hazelnut hot chocolate recipe

Ingredients
- 400 ml hazelnut milk
- 80 g dark chocolate 60 %
- 60 g hazelnut spread
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 ½ tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp hazelnut milk
Method
Heat 400 ml of hazelnut milk in a saucepan, then add 80 g of chopped dark chocolate, 60 g of hazelnut spread, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, a pinch of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon. Stir over medium heat until everything melts together. In a small bowl, combine 1 ½ tablespoons of flour with 2 tablespoons of hazelnut milk to form a paste, then whisk it into the hot chocolate. Bring the mixture to a boil, let it simmer for one minute, and remove from the heat. Divide the hot chocolate between two glasses, top with whipped vanilla cream, and finish with grated chocolate and crushed hazelnuts.
