With a little ingenuity, you can make a beautiful heart cake, using just a square and a round pan.<\/p>\n

Start by making a\u00a0round cake and a square cake. After both cakes are done, let them cool completely and then remove both of them from their pans.<\/p>\n
Gently cut the circular cake\u00a0in half. Using a bread knife (serrated), cut the round cake in half and make sure that you cut it completely evenly.<\/p>\n
Finally, take the two half circles and put them\u00a0next to the square cake\u00a0as shown in the picture below. If needed, trim the top of the cakes to achieve a unified height of all the pieces.
\nThe cake frosting will hide the joins and create the appearance of a\u00a0perfect heart. You can use any frosting recipe that you like. We recommend adding decorations in your child’s favourite colours.<\/p>\n
