Monster brownie bites

Trick or treat? Make this Halloween even more exciting with our Monster brownies. Perfect for a spooky party or to share with the family these fun treats are as delightful as they are delicious.

• 150 g butter
• 300 g sugar
• 3 eggs
• 70 g cocoa powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp salt
• 120 g self-rising flour
• 200 g dark chocolate
• Halloween monster decorations

Метод

Melt 150 g butter and 150 g sugar in a small pot and set aside. Whisk 3 eggs and 150 g sugar for 3 minutes. Slowly pour in melted butter and whisk until combined. Add 70 g cocoa powder, 120 g self-rising flour and ½ tsp salt. Pour in 1 tsp vanilla extract and stir to combine. Pour the batter into a 18×24 cm baking tray lined with parchment paper. Transfer to a preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes at 175 °C. Let the brownies cool, then cut them into squares. Dip each brownie bite into melted dark chocolate. Decorate them with your favorite Halloween monster themed decorations.
